These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EarnSideIncome.net and all related products and services offered by iPro Decisions (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
We offer digital products including e-books, video courses, newsletter subscriptions, and coaching services. All digital product sales are final except where explicitly stated (such as Amazon Kindle’s 7-day return policy for Kindle books purchased directly through Amazon).
Our newsletter and alert services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Video course purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course content, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. One-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
All content including text, graphics, course materials, templates, and other materials produced by EarnSideIncome.net and iPro Decisions are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome or trading result from the use of our materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnSideIncome.net and iPro Decisions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including any losses incurred from trading decisions made based on our content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
