DMCA Policy

iPro Decisions and Crypto Exponentials respect intellectual property rights and expect users of earnsideincome.net to do the same. This policy covers copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Our Copyright

All content on this site and in our products — including The DeFi Income Playbook and The Bitcoin ETF Options Income Playbook — is original intellectual property protected under U.S. copyright law and international treaties.

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of our paid content is a violation of copyright law. We actively monitor for piracy and will pursue all available legal remedies.

Reporting Infringement of Our Content

If you discover our content being distributed without authorization — on torrent sites, file-sharing platforms, or elsewhere — please report it to: dmca@earnsideincome.net

Include the URL where the infringing content appears and a brief description. We respond within 5 business days.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following elements:

Required Elements

1. Your identity — Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

2. The copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.

3. Location of infringing material — The specific URL(s) on earnsideincome.net where you believe the infringing material is located.

4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy statement — A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Note: Incomplete notices will not be processed. Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include: your identity, the location of the removed content before removal, a good faith statement that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, and your signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
